As a San Francisco business immigration attorney, Saja Raoof helps companies and foreign-born nationals navigate the increasingly complex field of immigration law. Since 2006 her corporate clients have included engineering companies, startups, overseas companies, nonprofits and IT companies. Her work has helped a wide range of foreign-born nationals make the United States their home. These have included engineers, scientists, IT professionals, medical researchers and financial consultants. Her practice offers legal representation in filing H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, greencards and other temporary and immigrant visas.
Ms. Raoof also has extensive experience representing clients to overcome denied immigration benefits. She has successfully filed appeals with the Administrative Appeals Office as well as motions to reopen and reconsider.
Ms. Raoof’s interest in immigration started as early as her internship with the National Immigration Project in Boston during her first year of law school. She also focused on immigrants’ civil rights as an intern at the American Civil Liberties Union.
Ms. Raoof is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Bar Association of San Francisco and American Immigration Lawyers Association. She has a JD from Wayne State University (2004) and a BA from the University of Michigan (2001).
